Senior Custom Physical Design Engineer: RTL2GDSII Lead

Dormont Manufacturing Co in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a Senior Custom Physical Design Engineer with hands-on RTL-to-GDSII experience. You will own multiple PD partitions and manage end-to-end PD flow from synthesis through PNR, pre-route, timing closure and signoff.

Key tasks include creating floor plans, placement, scripting pre-route optimizations, and resolving timing, congestion and power issues with minimal supervision.
