Senior Credit Card Product Leader (Hybrid)

ING is seeking a Senior Product Expert for Credit Cards to join the Cards Team within the Payments Tribe. You will voice the customer, shape the credit card proposition, and drive initiatives across product, risk and compliance in a fast-paced agile environment.

You will own the roadmap, collaborate with operations and legal, and influence cross‑border teams to deliver innovative, compliant payment solutions that improve customer journeys and financial outcomes.
