Great opportunity for a dynamic commerical lending & property construction senior credit decisioner to join this successful Private Credit/Non Bank firm.  Reporting into the Head of Credit, you will be tasked with assessing, structuring & approving of complex commercial loans, construction loans, acquisition finance along with other products ensuring portfolio quality & investor outcomes.   To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Possess a minimum of 5years exercising a credit approval authority across the Australian commercial lending market of c$10-15M limit
• Demonstrate currency with residential and commercial property construction/development experience 
• Hold strong financial analysis on complex structures, cashflow modelling, scenario & sensititivty testing
