:The CMG Commercial Senior Analyst is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of Commercial mortgage (Retail/Office/Industrial….etc) customers primarily originated in a CBC or as a direct relationship. The SA demonstrates sound credit knowledge, Commercial mortgage product expertise and has analytical, negotiating, problem solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills. The SA focuses on risk management including in-depth mortgage analysis, deal structure, monitoring and control and overall portfolio management. Supporting growth objectives, the SA works closely with CMG Originators and CBC's, to underwrite new Commercial mortgages opportunities and maximize retention of existing client relationships. The SA is a Commercial mortgage product specialist and effectively communicates with customers, internal contacts and external referral sources.
