Job Description
As a Senior Coupa Consultant , you will lead the delivery and management of Coupa AMS (Application Management Services) and enhancement engagements for key clients.
You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 3–5 consultants, ensuring high-quality service delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives. This is a client‑facing leadership role requiring strong functional expertise, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AMS engagements for Coupa platforms, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence.
- Oversee and prioritize enhancement requests, releases, and change management activities.
- Ensure quality in solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Drive continuous platform optimization and process improvements.
