The Senior Counsel & Global Franchise Regulatory Leader serves as a key legal leader responsible for overseeing Hilton's global franchise regulatory function, including the development, maintenance, and compliance of Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and franchise registration requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
