Senior Cost Estimation Engineer, Oil & Gas Projects

Duncan & Ross is seeking a qualified Cost Estimation Engineer in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical sector and will be responsible for cost estimates across all project stages, including CAPEX and OPEX evaluations.

Key responsibilities include interpreting contract terms, preparing estimates for project phases, and ensuring compliance with client expectations, particularly those of ADNOC. A bachelor's degree in engineering and 5-10 years of experience are required.
