Senior Corporate Transactions Counsel – APAC & ME

AirTrunk in Singapore is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel - Corporate to lead legal advice on corporate transactions across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. This role involves advising on capital raisings, due diligence, and managing regulatory compliance while working closely with various internal teams.
