Senior Corporate & M&A Lawyer (6+ PQE) — Remote

LegalVision, a commercial law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate with 6+ PQE to join its corporate and commercial team in New Zealand. You will lead capital raising and M&A matters for a diverse client base, draft investment and governance documents, and advise SMEs with practical, business-focused solutions from a fully remote NZ role.

Our NZ team works remotely with occasional off-sites; Christchurch access is available via a coworking space.
