Senior Contracts & Procurement Engineer – Infra

The National Environment Agency (Singapore) is seeking an Executive/Senior Engineer to join the Contracts & Procurement Branch onsite at NEA HQ. You will support development of major wastewater and infrastructure contracts, overseeing tender processes, evaluation, and awards in line with PSSCOC and government guidelines.
