The Senior Contracts Manager will oversee multiple high-value Residential projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. -A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS are required.
-Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry.
-Excellent knowledge of contract law, procurement, and contract management.
