Job Description

Senior Contracts Engineer
Penspen www.penspen.com is looking for a Senior Contracts Engineer, the position is to be based in Khafji, Saudi Arabia.

A Senior Contracts Engineer manage engineering and construction contracts for oil and gas projects. They ensure the contractor follows all signed rules. They also handle claims management (disagreements over project costs) and contract administration.

Qualifications & Experience Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Administration/Business or Equivalent closely related field with Twelve (12) years of experience in project contract administration, procurement, vendor communication and contract writing skills. At least Ten (10) years in contract relevant activities for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
