Salary: £53,000 per annum

We’re a housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding areas. We’re ambitious with plans to build more homes, regenerate local areas and invest in our properties.

We are looking for a Senior Contract Managers to join our team. You will lead on the contract administration of complex investment involving multiple component replacements. This role is responsible for ensuring that contracts meet legal, regulatory and quality standards while delivering value for money and high levels of tenant satisfaction.
