Senior Contract Management Specialist

K **now-how and skills critical for success***

+ Industry and/or paralegal experience helpful.
+ Previous experience in a business environment, preferably in a contracts role.
+ Fast-paced environment; must be flexible and have the ability to re-establish priorities as necessary.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
+ Strong computer skills a must, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with Power Point and relational database packages is also preferred.
+ CRM experience with a focus on Contract Lifecycle Management workflows preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail, highly organized.
+ Knowledge of Safe Harbor and Sherman Anti-Trust laws preferred.
+ Strong problem solving skills a must; must be able to develop solutions to existing and new issues based upon a strong background in both contracts administration and the products/pharma businesses.
