What You Will Do:
Training Maintenance
Administer classroom, virtual, and web-based courses using COTS, customized, or agency-developed materials.
Deliver live instructor-led training in both traditional and virtual environments.
Develop course materials, handouts, instructor guides, and visual aids.
Support distance learning through online courses, mobile learning, webcasts, podcasts, and video-based training.
Manage the agency’s Learning Management System (LMS): upload content, maintain modules, and ensure Section 508 compliance.
