Job Description
ROLE
The Senior Consultant will be responsible for analyzing, structuring, and communicating strategies that enhance the performance and long-term value of hotel, branded residential, and leisure assets. The position is not purely analytical. The work produced will inform both design direction and investment strategy, shaping how projects evolve rather than simply evaluating them.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaboratively plans and performs research and data collection activities
- Designs and supports engaging workshops with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders
- Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to determine the impact on the client’s development opportunity
- Uses interdisciplinary thinking and collaboration to ground all ideas in research insights and constraints
