• Broad experience in the SuccessFactors platform, focusing mainly on implementation and customization, and integration with other systems (e.g., Job Boards) and with other components (e.g., Employee Central).
• Expertise in Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing and/or Onboarding
• Integration into implementation teams for full‑cycle projects
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Train users on functionalities and processes (with or without Enable Now)
• Manage and maintain tickets in your field of expertise, including analysis and resolution
