Senior Composite Design Engineer / Aerospace

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Composite Mechanical Design Engineer located in UAE. The engineer will be responsible for designing composite materials and structures, developing and implementing mechanical designs, creating product designs, and utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. Day-to-day tasks will include conceptualizing new designs, conducting stress analyses, collaborating with manufacturing teams, and ensuring that designs meet project requirements and industry standards.

• Surface modeling of composite tooling in Siemens NX12.
• Design of alloy and composite (GFRC, UHPC, CFRP, GFRP) mechanical parts.
• Design of plugs and molds from CAD parts.
• Production of part assemblies in Siemens NX12, including DOF and cinematics definition.
