Job Description

Senior Compliance Analyst - Regulatory team

Oliver James are excited to be supporting a highly respected Global Insurance Broker with their search for a Senior Compliance Analyst. In this role you will play a key and valued part in delivering regulatory advice and support.
Main responsibilities:
Report into the Head of Compliance.
Manage SMCR requirements.
Provide expert regulatory support to the business.
Conduct horizon scanning and notify of any regulation changes. 
Staying updated on relevant regulatory updates, UK and US.
Draft policies in line with regulation. 
Deliver compliance training to wider teams. 
Key Skills:
Strong regulatory compliance experience within insurance is essential. 
Experienced within horizon scanning.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the FCA, in particular PRIN, COCON and ICOBS.
