Job Description
Responsibilities
- Executes activities related to the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Compliance and Integrity Program, applying methodologies, procedures and instruments established by the department and supporting the execution of initiatives related to ethics, integrity and compliance to contribute to the Program’s effectiveness and strengthen the organization’s integrity culture.
- Manages the operational handling of reports received through the Transparency Channel, triaging, classifying, recording, forwarding, monitoring and following up on incoming reports while observing the confidentiality, impartiality and protection against retaliation criteria established by the organization, to ensure the proper functioning of the Transparency Channel, strengthen institutional trust in integrity mechanisms and contribute to the timely identification of potential misconduct.
