Senior Compensation Analyst

Description:

Independently leads core compensation analysis and market benchmarking activities to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices. This role partners with the Total Rewards team, HR and business partners to provide data-driven salary analysis and recommendations, compensation processes and may own a small client group. This role will contribute to compensation programs such as annual planning cycles, will own market data management, and will be responsible for providing analytical insights, create dashboards through available technology and other analytic platforms.

Essential Functions:

+ Conduct market pricing, job evaluations, FLSA classification reviews, and internal equity analyses independently. Supports the preparation of salary recommendations using established tools, market data, and internal guidelines.
