Job Description
As a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist your responsibilities are:
- Support and execute annual compensation and reward cycles.
- Contribute to the performance management process.
- Manage benchmarking activities, salary surveys and market analysis.
- Update salary ranges, pay structures and compensation frameworks.
- Participate in projects linked to pay transparency, gender pay gap analysis and regulatory requirements.
- Perform job gradings and contribute to the broader HR architecture.
- Support the maintenance of C&B policies, frameworks and reporting obligations.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR teams, business leaders and internal stakeholders on C&B matters.
- Design pragmatic and innovative solutions aligned with business objectives, people strategy and employee engagement.
