Senior Commissioning Lead – Process & Utilities

Penspen International Limited is seeking a senior offshore commissioning lead to guide commissioning for Process Utility Mechanical Electrical and IC systems in Abu Dhabi. You will develop strategies, execution plans, and schedules, coordinating with engineering, construction, operations, vendors, and Client representatives to ensure completion and handover.

The role requires 15–18+ years in Oil & Gas commissioning with at least 5 years in a lead role, plus offshore experience and familiarity
