Our client a leading construction company specializing in FitOuts. They are renowned for completing major large scale 5star projects in UAE and KSA. They are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager ideally with a solid background in FitOuts for their Office in Ras Al Khaimah UAE.
Key Responsibilities & Role- Manage supervise control and process projects commercial and contractual aspects (Contracts Procurement Cost control. Etc. as a whole and ensure that the projects Commercial expectations are in line with the company set annual targets.
- Review and comment on contract/SubContract terms & conditions at posttender stage and make provisions for risks if any.
- Prepare Contract documents for signature.
- Conduct discussions with the project team / higher management for preparation of project budget packaging and allocation.
