Senior cold storage manager

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Operations Management Additional certifications advantageous: HACCP, NEBOSH / Safety certification, Lean / Six Sigma 8–10+ years in warehouse/logistics environment Minimum 5 years in cold storage or cold chain management Proven experience managing large teams and complex operations Experience in food, FMCG sectors preferable Candidate must reside in the Port Elizabeth / Uitenhage area Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day operations of cold storage facilities (chilled and frozen environment) Ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods Drive productivity and performance across all shifts Implement best practices in warehouse management Ensure compliance with HACCP and ISO standards Maintain strict temperature control and monitoring systems Minimise product spoilage, losses, and waste Ensure audit readiness at all times Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing operations team Man...
