The postholder will act as the first point of contact for the centralised Sustainable Travel & Staff Parking Team and will be accountable to the Head of Facilities & Estates Administration and Sustainable Travel Services.
They will support the day-to-day operations of the Sustainable Travel & Staff Parking Team, acting as a key point of expertise within the team, providing guidance on processes relating to permits, payments, payroll and Sustainable Travel Schemes such as bus passes, cycle loans and cycle access.
As part of the role, the postholder will actively promote the Trust’s healthy and sustainable travel options, participating in roadshows and related workstreams across UH Sussex sites and external venues as required.
The postholder will support delivery of the Trust’s Sustainable Travel Strategy, contributing to demand management and reducing reliance on on-site parking.
