Senior CNS, Inpatient Medicine — Lead Patient Flow

Health NZ Counties Manukau is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Medicine Expert Resource Inpatient Team (MERIT) at Middlemore Hospital. You will provide senior nursing oversight, advanced clinical expertise, and lead improvements in patient care, flow and discharge planning.

This permanent, full-time role covers weekdays with after-hours support as needed, offering opportunities to mentor teams, shape clinical practice, and drive outcomes across inpatient medicine.
