Senior Cloud & Network Incident Lead

Singtel Group is seeking a seasoned Network Infrastructure Support engineer in Singapore to ensure high availability of cloud-based infrastructure. You will monitor, diagnose, and resolve incidents at L2/L3, perform configuration changes and firmware upgrades, and drive security remediation with ecosystem partners.

The role requires a degree in engineering/IT, plus certifications in Ribbon SBC and Contact Center, with a minimum of five years in Telecommunications/Network Infrastructure Support.
