Senior Client Relationship Specialist role within leading international/US law firm. London based with hybrid working. Competitive salary. We are working with a top international US law firm with a well-established BD team. The BD team is growing and looking for a new Senior Client Relationship Specialist. This role will work with the lead for client engagement on the client feedback / listening program as well as supporting on the key client program. Both are currently strategic priorities for the firm, with a lot of buy in internally. The client listening program in particular has grown significantly over the last few years, hence the need now for team growth.
