For our Flagship Store in Via Condotti, Rome, we are seeking a Senior Client Advisor.


Through creativity, entrepreneurship and passion our sales team enhances the uniqueness of the Brand and is able to create a luxurious and visually pleasing environment for our customers in line with the Bulgari spirit.

Accountabilities


Sales and Services

  • Maximize sales opportunity arising from every store entrance

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador by representing and promoting the brand both inside and outside the Store, engaging and acquiring potential customers. This includes, for instance, participating in networking events.

  • Contribute to the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Manage all clients/prospects entering the store for any reason (browsing, purchase, after-sales, complaints).
