Requirements:
Completed Tertiary Qualification. Minimum of 5 to 10 years' experience in a similar or related role. Previous people management experience (Leadership Roles) - advantageous. Registration as a representative with the FSCA in terms of the FAIS Act – advantageous. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Internet navigation. Manage a high volume of claim reviews in a fast-paced environment. Ability to teach and coach junior team members. Time management. Results driven - history of consistently meeting targets.
