Senior Civil Maintenance Planner – I&C, Oil & Gas

Star Services LLC is seeking a senior Planning Engineer with 10–12 years of maintenance experience in Civil and I&C disciplines. The role focuses on developing and implementing maintenance plans to improve reliability while safeguarding safety and production.

Responsibilities include spare parts budgeting, resource coordination, and KPI management across multiple sites including AR Site Terminal, GA Terminal, and Hail. Strong regulatory knowledge and leadership are required.
