Job Description
Civil engineer Desired Experience & Qualification
- Professional Civil Engineer (B.Eng. or BSc) with strong experience in civil design registered with ECSA (PR Eng.)
- Min of 5 years’ experience in the design of roads and civils
- Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
- Experience in bulk earthworks, road design, parking areas, sports fields, bulk infra-structure services, commercial development infra-structure, layerworks design, earth dams, pump lines, etc.
- Collaborator and must work well within a project team
- Using of computer software such as Civil 3D, Model maker, Infraworks and Technocad
- Consulting with clients and other consultants
- Supervising construction projects
- Managing budgets and project resources
- Mentoring junior engineers and technicians
- Make sure all documentation issued conform with the ISO 9001 – Quality standards
