Senior Residential Care Practitioner – Children's Residential Home

Location: Walsall

Salary: From £38,683.63 per annum (salary increase following successful 6‑month probation)

Benefits: 360 hours annual leave, fully funded training, clear progression routes

Working hours: 56.5 hours per week (inclusive of sleep‑ins), 3‑week rolling rota

As a Senior Residential Care Practitioner, you will take on a key shift‑leadership position, managing a staff team on shift while providing a therapeutic, safe, structured environment for looked‑after young people.

The Role
