Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Senior Chef De Partie to work full time at The Kingsley. The fast paced environment and dynamic kitchen, run by the renowned Executive Chef Tim Daly, with an innovative and creative with a professional team of chefs. Retention of his team and work life balance along with encouraging hard work and creativity are the core leadership values of the Chef.
Requirements:
- Chef Qualification
- 2-4 years previous experience in a similar background and role
- HACCP Knowledge and Training
- Certification from a recognised body
- Basic Computers and Fluent English
- Ability to work across all services breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Flexibility to work across all disciplines within the Kitchen
- Preparation for all services
