Senior Chargebacks & Payments Specialist

Motive is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist, Chargebacks (L3) to lead end-to-end chargebacks and payment disputes within the Billing/Collections group. This role partners with Billing, Collections, and Accounting to investigate root causes, mitigate losses, and improve customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years in billing operations, strong analytical skills, and experience with Zuora and Salesforce.
