Senior CDM Principal Designer

Overview

A multi-disciplinary consultancy, with Architecturally led projects, is looking for a personable and experienced CDM Principal Designer to lead within their Major Projects team. You have a very hands-on approach within mostly new-build projects, so you will spend less time on site than with your average CDM Principal Designer role.

You will work on memorable projects, with a social team, in a Hybrid office pattern. If you would like a lower volume, high detail portfolio to sink your teeth into, then you would thoroughly enjoy this opportunity.
