Required Technologies
- Cisco Nexus & Catalyst Switches
- CCIE Written or Lab
- Palo Alto Firewall & Panorama
- FortiGate Firewall (MUST) But Forti-Analyzer / Forti-Manager (Optional)
- Load Balancers with GSLB & WAF Experience (Citrix , F5)
- Cisco ACI (will help in the support )
- Azure Cloud Networking (Good to have)
Core Responsibilities
- Advance L3 / L4 level Troubleshooting skills
- Experience to handle Incidents, Severity & RCA
- Principal Vendor coordination/follow up and lead the incident as Senior Resource.
- Support Project & Operation Team for network & security support , issues etc.
