Senior Category & Merchandising Strategy Lead

Aster DM Healthcare is seeking a results-driven professional to lead category management, merchandise planning and inventory control across a multi-store footprint in the UAE. You will drive category strategies, optimise assortments and coordinate with suppliers to maximise sales and profitability.

You will forecast demand, manage stock across stores, monitor performance metrics and collaborate with operations, marketing and IT to deliver strong commercial results.
