THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Senior Category Manager, you play a critical role in translating shopper, category and retailer data into actionable growth strategies that drive Coty’s performance across key accounts, influencing both internal stakeholders and major retail partners.

You will be reporting to Category Director, and you will manage:

CATEGORY STRATEGY & INSIGHTS LEADERSHIP
Own category opportunity identification across range, assortment, layout and shelf strategy

Translate internal, syndicated, EPOS and retailer data into actionable insights

Develop category strategies and growth levers aligned to Coty’s commercial objectives

Lead SKU productivity analysis and portfolio optimization recommendations

Partner with CMI to convert insights into tangible commercial actions
