The Role:
Joining our Older Adults Team as a Senior Case Worker (Older Adults) is an excellent next step in your career in Social Work. You’ll be an integral part of our team providing individuals aged 65 and over with support and guidance to maximise their independence and wellbeing.
As well as holding your own diverse caseload, you’ll also support with cases with a higher level of complexity and provide guidance to Case Worker colleagues, role modelling best practice and setting an example for high standards of work across the team.
