Senior Care Outreach & Befriending Coordinator

Singapore Anglican Community Services is seeking a dedicated individual to provide active ageing activities and befriending services for vulnerable seniors needing additional social support in Singapore. You'll work closely with the Centre Supervisor to promote healthy living and keep seniors engaged within their community.

Responsibilities include conducting community outreach, organizing special events, and collaborating with local community resources. Candidates should have a GCE 'O' Level or Diploma, with 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
