Job Description
Senior Care Assistant - HC One
As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, you will be at the core of everything you do. You will plan and implement care that gives residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence and will work with the team to deliver personalised care plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain the highest standards of care.
- Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager with physical and mental stimulation activities, social and recreational programmes and medication administration.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and support team collaboration.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including using walking frames, feeding, and end-of-life support.
- Communicate with residents and families, providing information and support.
