Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior CAPPS Security & Technical Program Manager to support and oversee enterprise-wide CAPPS and PeopleSoft application environments for a large-scale Texas public sector organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Texas state government systems, PeopleSoft security administration, CAPPS operations, IT security governance, vendor management, and technical project leadership.

This role will be responsible for managing security controls, ensuring segregation of duties (SoD) compliance, overseeing managed service providers, supporting CAPPS production operations, and driving strategic initiatives that improve application security, reliability, and performance.
