Position Summary

With the growth of Hyundai Capital Canada, the company requires a Business Systems Associate who can operate effectively in a fast-paced captive finance environment and provide timely, high-quality support to business and IT teams. The individual will be responsible for quickly understanding business needs, eliciting and analyzing requirements, assessing impacts to current systems, products, and processes, and translating those needs into clear business, technical, and vendor-ready requirements. This role serves as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to deliver practical system solutions, support business priorities, and identify opportunities beyond the initial request to improve outcomes and reduce risk.
