Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective business solutions.
• Support and enhance systems related to ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments.
• Perform data analysis using SQL to support decision‑making and project needs.
• Participate in testing, validation, and implementation of system changes.
• Ensure explicit communication between business users and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of overall qualified experience.
• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
