(What the role is)

The Transformation Office drives the organisation’s data and digital transformation efforts across strategy, platforms, and governance. The team works closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and scale data capabilities that support data-driven decision-making and operational effectiveness across the organisation.

This portfolio plays a key part in driving enterprise data strategy and adoption, as well as the development and management of data platforms and governance frameworks.

Data Strategy and Transformation

• Lead and support work related to the development and execution of enterprise-wide data strategy, including identifying opportunities to drive data-driven transformation.

• Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g. LLMs) and support the design and implementation of pilot initiatives to enable new capabilities.
