Senior Business Operations Manager IBB

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager IBB Operations, you'll assist in shaping and executing the operational and strategic agenda across IBB. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, providing leadership across business operations, change and transformation, governance, performance management, risk and remediation. You'll work across a broad portfolio of initiatives, helping to drive alignment, prioritisation and execution discipline while supporting senior stakeholders to make informed decisions. You'll be instrumental in ensuring IBB delivers on its strategic objectives while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes, operational performance and regulatory obligations.
