Senior Business Development Manager

Reporting to the Country Director -Singapore, the Senior Business Manager will build and manage a profitable engineering and technical staffing business unit. The position combines new client acquisition, strategic account development, recruitment and management of technical consultants, team leadership and full commercial performance responsibility. The role is suited to a proven business manager who has successfully grown a consultant portfolio within an engineering, energy or industrial consulting environment and who can operate autonomously across international markets.

The successful candidate will be expected to take over an existing commercial and consultant‑management scope, ensure business continuity and rapidly assume autonomous responsibility for the development and performance of the portfolio.
