What You’ll Do

As a Senior Business Coach (BC), you’ll oversee a portfolio of 20–40 DSP owners assigned to delivery stations across Brazil, helping them build healthy, sustainable businesses.

Key job responsibilities

• Support owners as they launch, ramp, and flex their businesses seasonally to meet customer demand across the network; interview candidates to join the DSP program.
• Guide owners in managing financial and operational issues, building scalable processes, and navigating program changes.
